The website is constructed from art uploaded by artists who register with apob.co.uk and from partner prints and poster companies. All copyrights for images shown are provided by the party responsible for providing the images to apob.co.uk. apob.co.uk cannot be held liable in any way for copyright or licensing infringments by a third party.

  15. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN ARTISTS AND SHOPPERS
  16. 7.1    apob.co.uk offers artists online gallery space to display their work only. apob.co.uk also provides the facility for members of the general public to contact artists to purchase works of art. All transactions that occur on this site are not the responsibility in any way of apob.co.uk. All negotiations and contracts entered into between the shopping public and the artists listed on apob are in no way the responsibility of apob.co.uk. Both the artists and the general public are required to make their own judgements with regards to all transactions they enter into and apob.co.uk can be in no way held responsible for any loses incurred.

  17. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold apob.co.uk and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against apob.co.uk arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
