I was born in Liverpool Christmas day 1958. I have always been artistic and creative and have worked in a variety of media. I moved to Norfolk in 1986 with my work in the Oil and Gas industry. I Work from a self built log cabin, Art / Music studio. Currently working in Acrylic on canvas. I also use digital photography and digital image making alongside my painting. I take my inspiration from the Norfolk landscape and the contrasting industrial oil and gas industry. I also enjoy Portraiture, digital image making, abstraction and Photography. I love to view other artists� work, as this is always inspirational. All visual art forms can and should be viewed on different levels some work warrants a more profound view point than others. Just like the artists who have created it. We are all different that is why art is so exciting it is the closest thing to telepathy you can get. MARTIN IS A FEATURED ARTIST IN SEPT ISSUE OF ART OF ENGLAND AND ARTIST OF THE MONTH IN THE EDP NORFOLK MAGAZINE OCTOBER ISSUE.
