"New Art Originals"

I've been repeatedly contacted by "newartoriginals.com" offering space in a "london gallery" for £175 a year. However -read the email properly - this gallery doesn't yet exist. It's just a proposal to have one. Space is limited, but spam score is 4.2 ... hmmm.
May be OK but smells a bit fishy to me.
