Artist's Live/Work Space Required

Hi there,
My studio is being re-developed so I'm looking for a new space to live and work in. My preferred areas would be East or Central London (Bethnal Green, Hackney, Shoreditch, Whitechapel, Islington, Finsbury etc.) and I don't mind what sort of a place it is as long as there's a good amount of space available (as I have lots of tools and materials).
