artists wanted for discussions....

LOOKING FOR artists who work in non-representational painting, especially those who see themselves in dialogue (negative or positive) with aspects of 'high modernism'.
I'm currently working on a M.A proposal and I would like to discuss these aspects of painting practice with as many different artists as possible with interests in these areas.
I'm particularly interested to find out what painting in general and non-representational painting in particular might mean to practioners now- or whether these terms of reference mean anything at all to artists who make paintings in the 21st century!
I'm working on a project involving a series of conversations and informal chats around some of these issues. If you are interested in having your say and possibly creating dialogues with others in a variety of media, please contact me.
